Terms of service.

Please remove all personal items from car/truck prior to service we are not responsible for any items lost. Pricing aren't final until service tech reviews vehicle being serviced. Additional fee's may apply. By booking your appointment online agree that your name matches the name on your credit/debit card and you authorize Elite Auto Designs LLC to charge your form of payment for services and or cancellation fee's. There is a $30 Fee for each 30 mins it takes for us to remove items. Any appointment cancelled less than 24hours from appointment time may be charged a $60 cancellation fee. In the event that our service tech arrive at your location and your appointment is marked as a no show you may be charged a 100% cancellation fee. Trying to reschedule just to beat these terms will result in still being charged a $60 cancellation fee. Although we love and appreciate our customers, in order to ensure high quality and excellent craftsmanship, our technicians require an atmosphere with minimal disturbances. There is a $25 dollar fee after 3 disturbances and $60 after 5 disturbances from customer while working.  Apartment/Condo customers requesting service must have authorization from management office prior service. Customers requesting service without authorization will be charged $60 up to 100% cancellation fee. We aren't responsible for any lost times.  Each an every vehicle that is serviced comes with a worry free 7 day detail guarantee if there are any issues will take fix it at no charge. Vehicles that are excessively dirty are subject to a higher service charge also there are no refunds on products or services. You may pay by cash also at the end of you appointment if you choose to. By booking your appointment with us you are agreeing to these terms of service.
